In Texas Blue Bonnetts bloom in the spring. They are popular to visit and take family pictures. We spent our morning in line for an hour for a 10 minute tour of the icecream factory. Don't go on spring break. They were putting 50 people through every 10 minutes. We then went to Washington on the Brazos, which is the birthplace of Texas. We were our own country for while. We visited the Presidents home, went on a tour, had a picnic, and took more pictures with the blue bonnets.
You have definately embraced Texas by saying 'We were our own country for while.'
ReplyDeleteWhen I lived in Texas for two years I loved the spring flowers that grow there. I remember the country roadsides lined with flowers.
That looks like so much fun! I wanna go! We need to go take pics in the bluebonnets too, you guys are all so cute!
