Brazos Bend State Park

Now back in Houston... Bennett is still in Utah. Grandma Cherri is here to visit. Bryant just finished his 4 week long training class and is taking the week off. So one day we took an evening outing to Brazos Bend state park and went on a bike ride.
It is a great place to take kids to ride. Yes there are alligators. You ride right by them, and you just don't bother them and they don't bother you. It has lots of great vegetation and lots of alligators.

First we ate our picnic dinner.
Our first alligator sighting!!! Actually it was so well hidden that Jennifer didn't realize it was about 3 feet away from her and the babies.
