Today starts out like any other day lately. Brady making messes. He is playing so quietly and good that I don't even realize that a disaster is about to happen. Today my visiting teachers were here and Brady runs to the kitchen but Whitney stops this disaster with "mom Brady has a potato and a sharp knife". Then a short time later Whitney is playing but Brady is going upstairs. I am visiting and don't pay much attention because all seems well. I guess he was making repeated trips as you will see.
My visiting teacher leaves and I figure I better see what he is up to. I call his name from the bottom of the stairs. He is quiet. Finally I get his attention and I figure he must have brought something to eat upstairs (it is lunch-time). I ask him what he has and to bring it down stairs now. Well he comes down with a dish and says "I have eggs, marshmallows, and water and it spilled all over the floor". I take his dish and we go check it out. He has cracked about 7+  eggs and they are all over the CARPET with water and marshmallows to go with it.
Thank goodness I have a carpet shampooer. Did you know that eggs when shampooed out of carpet are very foamy?
