Our 2012 Summer Garden. Everything is growing so well. It is alot of work to keep up on the weeding, organic pest control, picking the vegetables, and cooking them all. I know how the little red hen feels. In our family it is not "Who will help me?" but "Help Now!!!".
Green Beans if not picked you can grow very big. I contemplate the consistency of size at the store and realize that there must be some machine they use that puts all the same size together.
Sunday Morning I was picking a few green beans and a bird flew out of our tower. I looked inside and in the past few days a bird had made a nest and built laid 3 eggs in our green beans. I try so hard to keep the birds away because they like to eat my strawberries and now they have decided to move in.

How cute is that...a bird next with the beans. Lots and lots of squash, you can pretty much plan on that.
