Jennifer's Dad lives where he works. His job it to manage the property of his employeer. So when we visit we have access to some of his handi-work. The area is several hundred acreas in a valley that has a stream that runs through it. From it are ponds, waterfalls, and roads that run through it. It is a beautiful place. On our second day we started off with a walk.

Our first wild life. A harmless snake. Several rattlesnakes were discoved by others while we were there. I am glad we didn't run into any.

My dad made for his emplyeer a kind of petting-zoo. Every night we would go on a walk and visit the animals here. Whiney loved the bunnies- and there were lots (and they were more babies hidden in holes in the ground). The pond above is in this fenced off area.

The pigs. One was big and fat- the other thin. It was funny to see the difference.

They get there eggs from the chickens. The goat would follow you around. He was very friendly.

The Maccaw.

Bennett holding the Macaw.

The turtle. He would just wander around.

Brady and Whitney checking out the turtle.

Brady at first was not sure about the turtle.

As we walked Whitney and Bailey would gather the Peacock feathers.

There is a large pond at one end of the property. At one end Jennifer's dad made this waterfall.

more wild-life...Frogs... And millions of tadploles.

The creek that runs through the property.

The Hammock.

We went fishing later in the day. For bait we dug up some worms out of the garden.

We kept searching. Later we decided to just buy them for later fishing trips.

In the evening we took a hike up the canyon to see the spring where some of the water comes from. Her is Grandpa carrying brady. Bennett and Grandpa had to get ready for their 50 mile backpacking trip so we let them carry the babies.

Here we are hiking up the caynon.

On our way back we found wild blackberries to eat.

The spring. The city of Toquerville actually takes quite a bit of the water for the city's water supply. By law they do have to add chlorine to the water. We got to taste what they let back into the creek. It was great tasting water.

It was on a slant so we had to help the little ones.

Grandpa and Whitney in the creek.

Bennett got done first with Brady. Here they are laying on the bench at the end of the hike.

We then had a BBQ at the pond. He build this great deck with a BBQ. This is all next to the waterfall and just at the mouth of the canyon.
